Information for order processing and shipping
We are happy to inform You that most orders processing time is only 1-3 business days. Also when You are adding your liked products to shopping cart You are able to select different length or/and weight options and see available quantity for that too.
Information for payment
At the moment we offer bank transfer (preffered), credit card or PayPal (6% tax). Credit cards are also processed through PayPal but You do not need to have account with them.
Information for shipping
During checkout or private communication you will need to decide which post service you would like to use. You are able to select simple post or courier like UPS (we have best rates with them), DHL, TNT, FedEx,DPD. If you select courier please write in the comments which courier you preffer, as default UPS will be used.
- Simple post shipping time in EU is 5-7 business days and non-EU 8-15 business days.Our recommendation for bigger that 400 euros purchase use courier;
- Courier shipping time in EU is 2-4 business days and non-EU 3-6 business days.
