Courier selection and shipping time
At the moment we offer simple post ( with tracking code) and UPS courier shipping. Possible alternatives
could be DPD, DHL , FedEx, GLS or Itella.Let us know in advance and we will contact them for pricing. We have
best shipping price for fast deliveries with UPS. Pricing can be seen at checkout page. For large and heavy
parcels shipping prices may be recalculated individually.

Delays are expected depending on Customs processing time specifically for your country.
The recipient may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country
before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country the order is sent to and
charged at the time of delivery paid by recipient.
Inspection once delivered
We recommend to check the package if the parcel box is visibly in bad shape. Amber is quite
fragile and possibly could be damaged if the box travels unsafely.We always try to pack using minimum
amount of space and at the same time using enough packing materials to keep the production safe.
